When you make a booking through our platform, you enter into a contract with the attraction provider, not with DubaiThrillHub24. We act as an intermediary facilitating bookings between you and third-party attraction operators.

4.2 Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice until booking is confirmed. You agree to pay all charges incurred, including:

Ticket or admission fees
Service fees (if applicable)
Processing fees
Taxes and government charges

4.3 Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, and other payment platforms. Payment processing is handled by secure third-party payment processors. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.

4.4 Booking Confirmation

Upon successful booking, you will receive a confirmation email containing:

Booking reference number
Attraction details and date/time
Tickets or vouchers (when applicable)
Important terms and conditions
Contact information for inquiries

Please verify all details immediately upon receipt. Report any errors within 24 hours of booking.

4.5 Vouchers and Tickets

Digital vouchers or tickets will be sent to your registered email address. You must present these (printed or on mobile device) at the attraction for admission. We are not responsible if you fail to bring required documentation.

5. Cancellation and Modification Policies

5.1 Cancellation Terms

Cancellation policies vary by attraction and booking type. Specific cancellation terms will be clearly stated during the booking process and in your confirmation email. General guidelines include:

Flexible Bookings: May be cancelled up to 24-48 hours before scheduled date for full or partial refund
Non-Refundable Bookings: Cannot be cancelled or refunded under any circumstances
Special Events: May have different cancellation policies

5.2 Modification Requests

Date or time changes may be possible subject to availability and attraction provider policies. Modification requests must be submitted in writing. Additional fees may apply for changes.

5.3 Force Majeure

In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, etc.), normal cancellation policies may be waived. We will work with attraction partners to provide alternative dates or refunds when possible.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued to the original payment method

7. Attraction Provider Responsibilities

DubaiThrillHub24 acts as an intermediary between you and third-party attraction operators. We do not own, operate, or control the attractions. Therefore:

Attraction providers are solely responsible for the services they provide
Operating hours, schedules, and availability are determined by attraction providers
Safety standards and procedures are the responsibility of attraction operators
We are not liable for actions, errors, or omissions of attraction providers
Quality of experience is beyond our direct control
Attraction providers may modify or cancel services due to operational requirements

8. Promotional Offers and Discounts

8.1 Discount Terms

Promotional offers, discounts, and special deals are subject to:

Availability and capacity limits
Specific terms and conditions stated in each promotion
Expiration dates and booking windows
Restrictions on combinations with other offers
Modification or cancellation at our discretion

8.2 Coupon Codes

Promotional codes and coupons:

Must be applied at time of booking
Cannot be applied retroactively to existing bookings
Are non-transferable and have no cash value
May have usage limits per customer
May be revoked if obtained or used fraudulently

11.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DUBAITHRILLHUB24 AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES ARISING FROM:

Your use or inability to use our services
Unauthorized access to your data or transmissions
Statements or conduct of third parties on our platform
Actions or omissions of attraction providers
Any other matter relating to our services

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR AED 500, WHICHEVER IS LESS.

11.4 Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party sites. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DubaiThrillHub24 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

13. Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13.2 Arbitration Agreement

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if they qualify.

Arbitration will be conducted by a single arbitrator in Dubai, UAE, in accordance with the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC). The arbitrator's decision will be final and binding.

13.3 Class Action Waiver

YOU AGREE THAT DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS ONLY AND NOT AS A CLASS ACTION, CLASS ARBITRATION, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS ACTIONS.

13.4 Informal Resolution

Before initiating arbitration, you agree to first contact us at info@DubaiThrillHub24.com to attempt informal resolution of the dispute. We will work in good faith to resolve the matter amicably.
